Preparations for Your Assessment
Please ensure clear access to meter locations, loft and boiler access. Adequate lighting and parking arrangements.
Also uncluttered rooms for ease of taking measurements for floor plans and identifying windows and heating sources. This will help our assessors conduct a thorough and precise evaluation.
PLEASE NOTE: Photos of all rooms will be required for auditing purposes but will be kept in line with GDPR regulations.
TIP. Before our assessment swap any non low energy bulbs to low energy, This will have a positive effect on your EPC rating.
Essential Information to Have Ready
To ensure a comprehensive assessment, please have any documents related to extensions, Non visual insulation improvements, Improved window information or renewable energy sources ready.
This helps us provide a precise Energy Performance Certificate.

Scheduling Your Assessment
We recommend scheduling your energy assessment a few days in advance to ensure our availability. Contact us to find a convenient time for your visit.
Payments
We can take payment on site, or alternatively upon completion of your EPC we will issue an invoice and once payment has been received, your EPC will be lodged to the government central register and a link sent for your access to it.
